Thank you for shopping with JL Health. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard delivery typically takes 7–21 business days for international orders and 3–7 business days for domestic orders within New Zealand.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@jlhealth.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
